Hi there, Im new here.... I was checking Crutchfield to buy a some Infinity Reference 6.5 for the front and 5.25 for the back, but they say they don't fit, then I checked the Infinity website and they say the speakers fit. Who do Ii trust? Anybody else has this setup on their Trooper? Thanks! By the way, I have a 95 Trooper

You will need to measure the diameter of the rear of your speaker. The rear speaker area in the troopers will accomodate some manufactures 5.25" speakers and some others won't fit. I have a pair of Polk 5.25" that won't fit, but the old Dremel will take care of that.

I have alpine 176a 6.5" r-type components in the front that required cutting to get them in. They still push the bottom of the door panel out so the clips are popped out. The 5.25" alpine 132a's in the back are fine.
Good luck.

Finally decide on buying some Kicker K60 for the front and some K525 for the back. The front speakers went in without problem and I only needed to make new screw holes for the back speakers. I am extremely satisfied with their performance.

Gotta tell ya, 5.25"s are overkill for rear fill. Go with the much cheaper 4" ones, as they'll sound the same. Trust me.
