I've been looking for a year. Nobody makes them yet. But, the 2000 and later Troopers are more clear than the previous model ones. The turn portion is clear on those.

One thing I thought would be funny. A guy could go test drive a 2000 or later Trooper and swap out taillights with it. Or not....

I've decided to buy a pair of the 2000 or newer tail-lights once some come up on ebay...I don't mind orange on a signal, but not next to red. I've still yet to find tail-light guards that look like they were designed to follow the contours of the light. It looks like generic crap to me. If anyone can steer me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. These two additions should be the last of my customizations. I've got the 3 spoke (radiation symbol) 1998 amigo/rodeo wheels coming from an ebay auction, and I'll be slappin 265/75/16s on shortly after they arrive. Once its all installed I'll polish her up and snap some shots share the trooper p0rn.

purple, I'd say go to a used tire place and swap in the 265/75/16s I got. It made a dramatic difference to the look. That and window tinting. One pair of the tires I got were a bit grey, so I bought some "forever black" tire dye which worked great on em. remember you can sell your existing tires privately to offset the cost. Chances are the tire place wont make it worth your while to swap em, so sell them in a local paper or to a friend.
