Hey, I started my trooper up tonight and the rpm's went to 2 all by it self.. I find this weird, if anyone knows anything that could help me out, thanks!

If this is the first time it has done it, and has not done it again i wouldnt be to worried... but if it happens every so often, and it is a higher millage engine, your butterfly on the TB (throttle body) could be sticking.. this can be caused by one of two things, something is physicaly hitting the throttle cable/ or cable spring, or the more common problem: residue build up caused by the breather system "gumming" up the butterfly... if you take off you TB and the bottom is black and sticky, clean it... then hit the moving parts with a penetrate, like WD-40... make sure it operates correctly, reinstall and see what happens... good luck
