Anyone use overlander brackets for a roof rack?

Hi, has anyone used the overlander brackets to make a roof rack for their 92+ trooper? I have a 98 and I just ordered the overlander brackets, do the Thule crossbars just bolt right up to them? Any experiences or directions would be great. Thanks.
