I'm glad you put this message out. I have seen his stuff and wondered how it was. I am assuming you would highly recommend a rack from him??

Yeah lee, I would recommend him. He is awesome to deal with (as in friendly, informative, willing to work with you). I don't mean to sound like a big commercial or anything, but when i find a superior product/vendor I will shamelessly support them you can email him at the email address on that webpage, I believe it is blackout@infomagic.net the only thing i regret about getting that rack from him is i didn't pay him a bit extra to weld a light bar strip across the front of it, which i think is like 30 bucks extra but worth it if you plan on putting lights there. I could still put them there but I would have to drill through some metal, and I dont have the equipment right now to do that with.

Ahh another good reality check.
I can only fit in two of about 8 or 9 parking garages on my university campus. It does add a lot of height. My rack is 6" high, the yakima mounts are like 3" high themselves probably. so yeah...
I could barely pull into my mothers garage, the top of the rack would actually just rub the garage light as you pull in. She pulled my car into the garage one night and amazing didn't break the light but did remove it and its wooden fixture from the ceiling.
