There's a guy on eBay selling sensor mods which are supposed to be for Isuzu 3.2 and 3.5 engines, but they seem a little sketchy to me. Form your own opinion, though.
Do an eBay search for "Trooper intake sensor mod", "or intake sensor mod".
Also, there's another guy with intakes he makes and sells. Search on eBay for "Isuzu AXIOM, Trooper, Amigo Air intake"

That sounds shady you are better off spending the money on a K&N or a conical filter. I have a conical on my truck. It looks like Cal-Mini's but cost half as much and works just as good. I had some power gains mainly noticable when in the mountains and a little deeper sound from the engine.

Well they actually work to a point. The idea originated when people used to take their cars to the shop and say my car feels like its hesitating or running a little lean. So to fix the problem they added a resistor inline with the ecu? intake sensor i dunno i forget the name for now. Anways what this did was trick the engine into thinking that the air coming in was real cold so it dumps more gas into the engine. That fixes the hesitation problem and also adds a tiny bit more power. I was curious to see if it worked so I went down to radio shack and bought an assortment of resistors. I really needed like a .5 ohm resitor or so but they only had 10 and up. So i tried it and noticed a very small difference but its there. Who knows maybe when I get a .5 or 1 ohm resitor itll run even better. But it does work a little just dont expect to be breaking the tires loose everywhere
