Alpine Developments makes a supercharger for 3.2 and 3.5 liter Isuzu-built vehicles such as Trooper, Axiom, Rodeo, Amigo, Vehicross, Honda Passport, and Acura SLX. It's somewhere around $2800 and is reputed to make somewhere around 47hp and 40 ft/lbs of torque. It'd be enought to make it a little zippier, I'm sure. www.alpine-developments.co.za/isuzu_kb_320.htm

Not a lot of bang for your buck but if you have the money DO IT for that price you could explore some other optons.

I think it would work better on a 3.2L than an old 3.2L. Superchargers will last longer than your engine, but they prematurly age your engine due to them being accelserated harder, faster, and more than they should handle from isuzu. Yeah, if I had 2800, i could put in a whole new diesel engine, and an auto tranny. Thats a good set-up for snorkeling around.

I meant the supercharger would seem better on a 3.5L than a 3.2L. I would rather spend the $$ on a snorkle..

being somewhat jaded that it wont fit my 3.2l sohc anyways ... i dont think i'd spend my money on it either unless i were just loaded... more realistically I would spend that much or a little more on a good replacement engine --- makes me wish someone would find something (v8) that will fit up into our troopers without having to replace transmission and everything else.
