Has anyone done the Tera low gears in their t-case? I think it'd be well worth the money to do and a good way to beef up the stock t-case and have a stronger more capable one without putting in a whole new peice. If anyone has any info on how it performs it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, you go from about 2:1 to 3:1...that is a big difference. If you do rock crawling, I think it would be an excellent mod.
I am looking for a Trooper to wheel, and when I find one I definitely plan on Tera-Lows.

Yeah I know...I haven't had them personally but have seen them in action quite a bit in Moab...really makes rock crawling easier with a manual. You see standard t-case guys lurching over obstacles, while the Teralow guys can ease over stuff and have time to pick their lines.
If you have an automatic I would say you don't really need Teralows.

I have the Tera Lows in my 92. I have a 5 speed and it does make a huge difference. The only problem that I have with them is in the winter. They whine really loud when engaged. They whine in the summer also, but worse in the winter. If I were to do it over again. I think I would have replace every gear that comes in contact with the new gears. It is the new cut gear touching a worn gear that makes this whine. As far as the difference in performance. It rocks! I'm running 4.77's front and rear also.
